Our Services and Charges
Our charges for landlords are very competitively priced.
1. Sell and pay only 1% (plus VAT).
2. Let Only is 10% of annual rent (plus VAT) - we will rent the property to suitable tenants and collect rent on your behalf.
3. Fully Managed service is 12% of annual rent (plus VAT) - we will rent the property to suitable tenants, collect the rent and manage the day to day running of the property, carry out inspections on any reported issues, send contractors on your behalf and fix issues authorised by you, the landlord.
4. We charge 0% for Rent Guaranteed (Only available for HMO properties)
